I got busy and forgot to post my moring update.

Yesterday morning I added ForexMeta to the list of demo accounts. I figure that since both FAPTurbo and Forex MegaDroid pushi this broker it would be interesting to see how it preforms. Some of you have commented that it has not preformed any better than others and in some cases worse.

As for the update….no trades. Four demo accounts, one live account, no trades for either FAPTurbo or MegaDroid on any.

(Sigh) Dissapointing but at leaset there were no losses.

I never would have guessed that different forex brokers could make a difference in an EA’s preformance. I started a few demo accounts last night and loaded MegaDroid on them. One traded almost immediately! Two other demo accounts and my live account did not trade at all last night. What’s up with that?!?

My new demo accounts are all set up with an initial ballance of $5,000. The three brokers are FxPro, MIG FX, LiteForex.

FxPro now has Forex MegaDroid loaded and is the account that traded, twice, for a profit of $101.20.

MIG FX, LiteForex and my live account were in the new waiting mode.

We do now know that the Droid will trade and can trade quickly. Look at the eimes, 42 minutes after I opened the account, probably 15 minutes after I loaded Droid the trades opened!

FAPTurbo made one trade on my live account and lost $3.32. I’ll load it on some of my new demo accounts by Sunday.

I am also looking for other robots and systems to test and report on. If you have a preference let me know.

Again, little to report because I am ina transision mode in y life. You can see in yesterday’s quick posts that I loaded FAPTurbo on my live account and before I was finished entering the info for all four pairs it was trading.

Last night I finally got Forex MegaDroid v 1/10 loaded. The .dll file continued to be an issue but it is now running and yet to trade.

FAPTurbo on my live account made money,$4.04. The -$19 is another EA I am testing.

I’ll have more info later once I get my new office set up and a few new demo accounts going. I am more and more interested in how these robots trade on various accounts.

Sorry but I don’t have a lot to report. Neither FAPTurbo or MegaDroid trade on Friday, Droid does not trade on Sunday so Monday’s report is generally lite. That plus Friday was my last day at my job and today is my first day as my own boss. Trying to get everyting set up.

Later this week I will be setting up both robots on multiple broker demo accounts to further test them. I will also be loading FAPTurbo on my live account. We’ll see what transpires.

We all seem to be experianceing much the same thing with MegaDroid…no trades in the past few days to a week. I haven’t seen a trade since 4/15. A lot of unhappy customers are popping up. The update release may help.

To put it bluntly Forex MegaDroid is looking like a steaming cow pie. I admit that I could have things totally screwed up or don’t understand but last night was yet another no trade day on three different accounts. It may be that Forex MegaDroid is conservative by nature so did not trade because it’s forex Artificial Intelligence saw too much risk but isn’t a large part of it’s marketing, Forex MegaDroid can adjust and trade in any market condition?

If you are experiencing great things, or even small things, from Forex MegaDroid please, PLEASE let us know how.

FAPTurbo was active on the FastFX demo account I have it set up on. It was up $39.11.

FAPTurbo gains are small and sporadic but since it’s installation it is up about 3%, $137.70 on a $5,000 demo account established 3/18/09.

THe largest individual gains came on the long term strategy with EURSD. This was replaced with Forex MegaDroid on March 31 so who knows where FAPTurbo would be had I not swapped them out.  This weekend I’ll set up a couple new demos running the two robots exclusively.

One thing I notice about FAPTurbo is the small gains and much larger losses. Gains generally range in the $5-$10 range while losses are in the $60+ range.

I’d really like to say that FAPTurbo and Forex MegaDroid are great products and live up to their hype but I don’t see it. But then maybe I’m not getting something. Help me see the light if you can.
